The Grass 'Golden Fruited Sedge', Cyperales Cyperaceae Carex aurea, is a mounded sedge grass.
A very nice tufted perennial grass.
They can be planted along banks of ponds, incorporated into perennial gardens, grouped together, utilized as a ground cover along walkways, paths or on steep banks.
They aren't fussy about soil requirements, are drought tolerant as well as insect and disease resistant.
A choice Hosta companion.

Prune raspberries in the spring of their second year to 3 1/2 feet. This will force the side branches to grow providing fruit later in the summer.
