Magnus Coneflower
The Echinacea `Magnus' Coneflower, Echinacea purpurea, also known as Purple Coneflower, Hedge coneflower, and Black Sampson, is an easy to grow flower that produces beautiful deep purple daisy-like flowers, a bit larger than the rest of its family.
It has been reported that Echinacea increases immune function, reduces the effects of colds and flu's, fights off viral, bacterial and fungal infections and purify the blood and flush waste from the lymphatic system.
It was Perennial Plant of the Year in 1998, one can see why.
