Wide Brim Hosta
The Hosta `Wide Brim' has a deep blue-green center with very wide, irregular margins of cream with gold tints at maturity, making it very striking.
This low care perennial is ideal for shady positions, tubs and patio pots, and one of the most popular for landscape uses.
The lavender flowers bloom from July to August, however, Hosta's are not known only for their flowers.
With a plant height of 20" and a spread of 32-36", Hosta's provide bright color in shade with wonderful foliage.

Brussel sprouts grow well in cool climates. The 2 1/2 feet tall plant might produce as many as a hundred 1 to 2 inch ball-like sprouts.
