Rose Larkspur
The Larkspur Rose, 'Consolida ambigua', has tall spires of rose colored flowers.
Plant in early spring as soon as the soil can be worked.
They like moist, rich, well drained soil that is slightly alkaline.
The 1/4 to 1/2 inch rose colored flowers are densely packed on tall stems.
The Rose Larkspur blooms in mid spring to early summer.
Larkspur are excellent for cut or dried flowers and as backdrop plant in front of a fence or wall.
It is considered one of the best for cut and dried flower arrangements.
