Cut back old flower stems to prolong their blooming period.
They are great performers for borders, rock gardens, flowerbeds and cut flowers.

Plant strawberries by digging a V-shaped hole about 8 inches deep. Spread the roots out, place the roots against the side of the hole, then push soil against the roots. As the plant sends out runner, trim all but the best six runners for an abundant crop.
